Warranty and Returns Policy
If you suspect the product may be faulty or has been damaged in transit please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide your invoice number and/or order number along with photo evidence of any issues within 24 hours of receipt of goods.
Your product including all items in the box will be requested to be sent back to Tailmate HQ. Once we receive the product we will assess the fault/damage and you will be contacted via email to organize a replacement.
Tailmate comes with a 12 month Manufacturer Warranty, as stated in the description of each product. Any warranty claim will be directed to us at email@example.com. Lodging a warranty claim must be accompanied with a receipt of purchase.
